How do you count users?
We count billable users in 100-user blocks with a 500-user minimum. Users are billable when they can log in, have imported data, can receive communications, use check-in, or appear in individual staff reports. You commit to an annual tier based on estimated billable users.
Can I add users mid-contract?
Yes! You can add users in 100-user blocks at any time. Additional users are prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
What if my population decreases?
We understand populations fluctuate. We'll work with you to adjust your user count at renewal time based on your current needs.
Is there a long-term contract?
We typically work on annual agreements.
What payment methods do you accept?
